Image Recovery Service Details
The services we offer are dedicated to restoring your files due to accidental deletion or formating of your memory card. We can also recover loses due to the occurence of a corrupt memory card. This whether they may be videos, photographs, or just data.
Simplification of our recovery service means we can now offer them at a reduced rate based on the size of your media card, see below. The whole process involves a few basic steps on your part, for a simple one of cost! Obviously if we do not recover any data we will not charge for our service.
Simple Basics Steps
- E-mail us on services@photorecall.co.uk or contact us by telephone on 01200 444 744. We will issue a service reference number and our address. Enclose your memory card together with your image recovery reference number, and send to us using a signed for delivery system. (Royal Mail Recorded or Special delivery is one of the easiest to use).
- Once we have received your memory card we will e-mail you a receipt notification. Now we will begin to retore your data.
- If images / files are found, contact will be made to confirm details, and to ask for the relevant payment. However, if no information is recovered we will send back your memory card free of charge!
- On completeion of data transfer of your recovered files to DVD(s) your order will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a next working day insured delivery service. Generally the complete service will take no longer than 48hrs from receipt of your media.
Pricing
Please note there is currently no restrictions on the lower or upper limit of the size of the media card we can recover images from.

xD Picture Card
There is no restriction of the brand of memory card / media device we can rescue your files from. The only exceptions are with Smartmedia and xD picture cards. As these do not contain a conrtroller chipset, any "formatted" or "delete all" function completed on them in your digital camera will make any retrieval impossible.
